Clinical Operations Manager

In this role, you will:

• Oversee and optimize clinical service delivery across mediSuggest platforms.
• Lead onboarding and coordination with doctors, diagnostic partners, and care navigators.
• Monitor service quality, consultation SLAs, and clinical escalation procedures.
• Ensure compliance with medical ethics, telemedicine norms, and regulatory standards.
• Design and implement SOPs for digital clinical workflows.
• Coordinate audits, quality checks, and performance reviews.
• Liaise with tech and product teams to improve user experience and clinical tools.

In this role, you will:

• Bring a proactive, process-driven approach to clinical service management.
• Understand patient needs, doctor workflows, and healthcare service operations.
• Demonstrate leadership and analytical skills.
• Be highly organized and comfortable in a fast-paced environment.
• Be experienced in managing telemedicine or hospital operations (preferred).

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Healthcare Administration, Nursing, or MBBS/BDS (preferred).
• 3+ years of experience in clinical or hospital operations.
• Knowledge of NABH/NABL standards, telehealth guidelines, and medical compliance.
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration abilities.
• Familiarity with digital health platforms and CRM tools.
