Medical Review Officer

In this role, you will:

• Review and validate medical documents, prescriptions, and diagnostic reports.
• Ensure medical accuracy, legal compliance, and adherence to clinical protocols.
• Evaluate treatment plans and clinical inputs for clarity and safety.
• Work with doctors, content writers, and support teams to resolve inconsistencies.
• Provide second-opinion reviews where required.
• Contribute to quality audits and case discussions.

• Have a strong clinical background and attention to detail.
• Be familiar with EHR systems and digital documentation.
• Maintain confidentiality and follow data security norms.
• Be able to work in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
• Adapt quickly to fast-paced, tech-driven environments.

• MBBS/BDS/BAMS/BHMS (mandatory); specialization or PG degree preferred.
• 2+ years of clinical experience or in medical review/QA roles.
• Familiarity with ICD codes, e-prescriptions, and clinical guidelines.
• Strong written communication and analytical skills.
• Ability to evaluate a wide range of medical documents efficiently.
