Role Overview:

We are seeking a Medical Tele Sales Representative to join our dynamic sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for converting leads into qualified opportunities for medical management services, surgeries, lab tests, health packages, and Medisuggest Health Card sales. You will leverage your sales skills and knowledge of healthcare services to build relationships with prospective clients and drive sales for both our core services and our exclusive health packages.

 

Key Responsibilities:

Lead Conversion:

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls to prospective clients, engaging them with medical management, surgery consultations, lab test services, health packages, and the Medisuggest Health Card.
  • Follow up on leads, nurture relationships, and drive conversations toward conversions across all offerings.
  • Educate potential customers about the full range of Medisuggest services, including our health packages and the benefits of the Medisuggest Health Card.

Consultative Selling:

  • Conduct a thorough needs analysis for each lead to understand their healthcare requirements and recommend tailored solutions (medical management, surgeries, lab tests, health packages, or the Medisuggest Health Card).
  • Provide accurate information regarding pricing, service details, and the advantages of Medisuggest’s health packages and health card, addressing any client concerns or objections.

Health Package & Health Card Sales:

  • Promote Medisuggest’s exclusive health packages that offer comprehensive healthcare solutions to individuals and families.
  • Drive sales of the Medisuggest Health Card, emphasizing the value it brings in terms of discounted medical services, consultations, and lab tests.
  • Cross-sell health packages and the Medisuggest Health Card to clients who are interested in any of our other services.

Customer Relationship Management:

  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients, acting as a point of contact for their healthcare needs.
  • Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process, ensuring high customer satisfaction and repeat business.

Product Knowledge & Communication:

  • Stay informed about Medisuggest’s full range of healthcare services, including medical management, surgery options, diagnostic tests, and the benefits of health packages and health cards.
  • Communicate effectively the value and advantages of each service and product, helping clients understand the most relevant solution for their needs.

Data Management:

  • Keep accurate records of all interactions, sales activities, and client information in the CRM system.
  • Track sales performance, ensuring that targets for medical management services, health packages, and Medisuggest Health Card sales are consistently met or exceeded.

Collaboration:

  • Work closely with the marketing and operations teams to align lead generation campaigns and follow-up strategies for health packages and health cards.
  • Coordinate with the medical team to ensure smooth delivery of services, ensuring a seamless client experience.

Key Requirements:

Experience:

  • Proven experience in tele sales, ideally in healthcare, medical services, or health insurance.
  • Familiarity with health packages and benefits associated with medical cards is an advantage.

Skills:

  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to build rapport with clients.
  • Strong sales ability and experience in consultative selling, particularly in the healthcare sector.
  • Ability to clearly explain and promote healthcare services, health packages, and membership cards.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.

Qualifications & Skills

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in sales, healthcare, or a related field.
  • Certification in medical sales or related fields is a plus.
