AI/ML Engineer

In this role, you will:

• Design and develop AI/ML models for clinical prediction, patient triage, personalization, and more.
• Build and optimize algorithms for use cases such as symptom analysis, care recommendations, and diagnostics.
• Work with data scientists, doctors, and developers to deploy models within product infrastructure.
• Conduct model evaluation, validation, and performance tuning on real-world healthcare data.
• Stay updated with the latest in medical AI research and apply best practices in ethical model development.

In this role, you will:

• Have deep knowledge of machine learning concepts and model development pipelines.
• Be passionate about using AI to improve healthcare accessibility and outcomes.
• Be able to manage and preprocess large, complex, and often noisy healthcare datasets.
• Understand the importance of bias mitigation, explainability, and compliance in health AI.
• Demonstrate ownership, innovation, and collaborative problem-solving.

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science, AI/ML, Biomedical Engineering, or related fields.
• 2–4 years of hands-on experience building ML models in production environments.
• Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn, or similar ML frameworks.
• Strong understanding of data pipelines, model deployment, and version control.
• Experience with NLP, deep learning, or medical image analysis is a plus.
