Job Description
In this role, you will:
- Define and evolve the mediSuggest brand voice, tone, and positioning across all touchpoints.
- Build emotional, credible storytelling frameworks for campaigns, platform copy, and product launches.
- Collaborate with design, marketing, content, and product teams to ensure consistent brand expression.
- Research healthcare trends, user behaviors, and cultural cues to inform brand narrative.
- Shape consumer trust in digital healthcare through values-driven messaging.
- Lead creative briefs and content strategy across offline and digital initiatives.
Requirements

- Be a strategic thinker with creative flair and empathy for healthcare audiences.
- Understand how to craft messaging for patient trust, inclusivity, and transparency.
- Possess strong editorial judgment and content storytelling ability.
- Be data-aware and user-centric in brand planning.
- Be passionate about health equity, digital access, and impactful design.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s or Master’s in Brand Communications, Marketing, Journalism, or related fields.
- 4–7 years of experience in brand building, ideally in healthtech, wellness, or social impact spaces.
- Strong copywriting, campaign planning, and narrative design skills.
- Familiarity with consumer behavior research, brand audits, and content strategy tools.
- Ability to guide cross-functional teams and external creative partners.
