Health Advisor

In this role, you will:

• Guide patients in choosing appropriate healthcare services based on symptoms, preferences, and location.
• Explain diagnostic tests, treatment options, and teleconsultation offerings in simple, reassuring terms.
• Support patients in completing digital health journeys from form fill-ups to post-care follow-ups.
• Act as a liaison between patients, doctors, and labs to ensure timely and accurate care coordination.
• Promote trust in digital health services by educating users with empathy and clarity.
• Collect patient feedback and share insights with clinical and product teams.

In this role, you will:

• Be passionate about health education and patient empowerment.
• Possess strong interpersonal communication and counseling skills.
• Be attentive to patient concerns, fears, and cultural sensitivities.
• Be comfortable working with digital health tools and databases.
• Collaborate with teams across care, content, and technology.

• Bachelor’s in Nursing, Pharmacy, Life Sciences, or Public Health (preferred).
• Experience in patient-facing roles in healthcare, wellness, or insurance.
• Strong command of English and at least one Indian language.
• Ability to simplify medical information for general audiences.
• Basic understanding of telehealth, diagnostics, and patient rights.
