Healthcare Data Analyst

In this role, you will:

• Collect, clean, and analyze healthcare-related data to identify trends, patterns, and insights.
• Build interactive dashboards and reports to support clinical, operational, and business decisions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product, clinical operations, and marketing.
• Track KPIs related to patient outcomes, engagement, service usage, and provider performance.
• Use data storytelling to communicate findings and recommendations clearly to stakeholders.
• Support A/B testing, pilot launches, and quality improvement initiatives with data.

In this role, you will:

• Possess strong analytical thinking and attention to detail.
• Be able to translate complex datasets into actionable business insights.
• Be familiar with healthcare KPIs, metrics, and digital product tracking.
• Work cross-functionally in a fast-paced, data-driven environment.
• Demonstrate ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

• Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Data Science, Public Health, Computer Science, or related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in data analysis, preferably in healthcare or digital health.
• Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Looker).
• Experience with Python/R for statistical analysis and visualization (preferred).
• Knowledge of healthcare data formats like EHR, HL7, ICD codes (plus point).
