Job Description
In this role, you will:
- Support daily operations across clinical, customer service, and platform functions.
- Monitor appointment workflows, lab scheduling, and issue resolution for patients and partners.
- Collaborate with internal teams (tech, clinical, marketing) to ensure timely service delivery.
- Track operational KPIs and generate daily/weekly performance reports.
- Maintain accurate data logs, documentation, and standard operating procedures.
- Assist in onboarding new service partners and streamlining internal processes.
- Identify bottlenecks and suggest process improvements to improve efficiency.
Requirements

- Be proactive, detail-oriented, and accountable for day-to-day execution.
- Thrive in a fast-paced, multitasking environment.
- Communicate clearly with internal and external stakeholders.
- Have an understanding of healthcare workflows (preferred but not mandatory).
- Be willing to take initiative and support cross-functional teams as needed.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Operations, Business Administration, or related field.
- 1–2 years of experience in operations, logistics, or healthcare coordination.
- Strong knowledge of Excel, Google Sheets, and operations tools (e.g., Trello, Asana, CRM platforms).
- Good communication skills and the ability to manage time effectively.
- Problem-solving mindset with a hands-on attitude.
