Operations Associate

In this role, you will:

• Support daily operations across clinical, customer service, and platform functions.
• Monitor appointment workflows, lab scheduling, and issue resolution for patients and partners.
• Collaborate with internal teams (tech, clinical, marketing) to ensure timely service delivery.
• Track operational KPIs and generate daily/weekly performance reports.
• Maintain accurate data logs, documentation, and standard operating procedures.
• Assist in onboarding new service partners and streamlining internal processes.
• Identify bottlenecks and suggest process improvements to improve efficiency.

• Bachelor’s degree in Operations, Business Administration, or related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in operations, logistics, or healthcare coordination.
• Strong knowledge of Excel, Google Sheets, and operations tools (e.g., Trello, Asana, CRM platforms).
• Good communication skills and the ability to manage time effectively.
• Problem-solving mindset with a hands-on attitude.
