Strategic Partnerships Manager

In this role, you will:

• Serve as the main point of contact for partner hospitals, diagnostic centers, and healthcare providers.
• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing and new partners.
• Identify and onboard new partner organizations to expand the mediSuggest network.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery and partner satisfaction.
• Monitor partner performance and gather feedback to improve collaboration.
• Negotiate contracts and agreements to establish mutually beneficial partnerships.
• Resolve partner concerns and escalate complex issues when necessary.
• Drive partner engagement through training, regular communication, and support initiatives.

• Possess good knowledge of healthcare services and industry trends.
• Have prior experience in partner management, business development, or healthcare coordination (preferred).
• Be committed to maintaining professional and ethical relationships.

• Bachelor’s degree in business, healthcare management, or related field preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and local languages.
• Ability to build trust and rapport with diverse healthcare partners.
• Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office tools.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
