Teleconsultation Doctor (MBBS/MD)

In this role, you will:

• Provide virtual consultations to patients via the mediSuggest platform.
• Diagnose and treat patients following clinical protocols and ethical guidelines.
• Prescribe medications, order diagnostic tests, and guide patients in their care journey.
• Maintain accurate electronic health records for each consultation.
• Coordinate with the support and tech teams to ensure a smooth user experience.
• Offer empathetic, high-quality care that builds patient trust.
• Participate in periodic training and clinical audits to ensure quality standards.

In this role, you will:

• Be a licensed medical professional (MBBS or higher, with valid registration).
• Demonstrate excellent diagnostic and clinical decision-making skills.
• Be comfortable using digital tools for patient care and documentation.
• Possess strong communication skills, especially in patient interaction.
• Show empathy, patience, and professionalism in all engagements.
• Be able to manage flexible working hours (including evenings/weekends, if required).

• MBBS (mandatory); MD/MS or specialization (preferred).
• Registered with MCI/NMC or State Medical Council.
• Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with telemedicine platforms.
• Comfortable with both English and at least one regional language.
• Ability to work remotely in a structured, accountable manner.
